CSDDM membership can be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the expiry due date.

Any notice received after the expiry/renewal date will incur a pro rata fee for the period between renewal and cancellation.

The Chamber management reserves the right to modify the fee structure as necessary, with advance notice provided to members.

Membership benefits and privileges are suspended if subscription payments are outstanding.

Membership ceases if subscription or any other fees remain unpaid for more than three months.

Membership terminates if the member becomes subject to a Receiving Order, adjudication in bankruptcy, voluntary or compulsory liquidation (for companies), or is unable to pay its debts.

Membership may be terminated if the member engages in dishonourable conduct, acts prejudicial to the Chamber's interests, or willfully violates the Chamber's Articles or Rules, in accordance with its Statutes.
